Festive seasons are special seasons, exclusive seasons of year, when environment is mingled with exclusivity of festive seasons. If you go for decorative items, they too are specially made keeping in mind exclusive theme of festive season. Special food items are made keeping in theme of festive season at home as well as variety of delicious food items are available too in market based on theme of festive season. In same way, there are also special exclusive health tips, which you need to follow during festive season to maintain good health, to maintain homoeostatic balance of human body. And, these special exclusive health tips are as follow-

1.      Usually, festive food is loaded with lot of calories, oil, ghee, butter, salt and sugar. But, as I said with changing scenario lot of variety is available these days in market in terms of festive foods. Go for healthier festive food items instead of unhealthy heavy festive food items.

                                                             

2.      When choosing sweet festive food, go for healthy festive food made with caramelized sugar or natural honey or sweets made from those fruit purees like mango, strawberries, pineapple, which are sweet in taste. Go for healthier sweet dishes, healthy sweet deserts, healthy sweet cakes containing half of their sugar from sweetened fruit purees which are much healthier than white sugar and have low glycemic index, instead of having those sweet dishes which are entirely made from lot of sugar and containing not a single portion of natural sweet fruit puree.

3.      During festive season, custom of parties, special wedding invites are very common. So, if, you are planning for going to any festive party or festive event or any wedding, have very light meal before going to party. But, never go empty stomach as that would do more harm. Instead, go after having light meal before going to festive event.

4.      Choose for healthier snacks and foods during festive season instead of heavy oily, heavily buttery and deep fried. Choose grilled, baked or roasted festive food items and snacks for eating which contain very less fat and just normal healthy limit of salt to taste and not excess of sugar, salt or butter above normal range.

5.      And, if you love having pastries, cakes, ice-creams, chocolate deserts which are very much available during festive season, go for healthy category which contains very less sugar and less fat.

6.      And, if you love having food items made from dairy products, then do eat, relish your tooth with those dairy products which contain less of sugar, less of cream and butter or ghee.

7.      Avoid having excess of alcoholic beverages with lot of fried meat as that is more damaging destroyer of your health.

8.      Avoid having excessively salty snacks made with lot of oil. Go for moderately salty food items which contain healthy proportion of salt and does not cross dangerous limit of sodium. And, like sweet food items containing half of natural healthy sugar from natural fruit purees, same way have half of salt proportion of food from natural sodium present in citrus fruit pulps.
