1. Usually, festive food is loaded with lot of calories, oil, ghee, butter, salt and sugar. But, as I said with changing scenario lot of variety is available these days in market in terms of festive foods. Go for healthier festive food items instead of unhealthy heavy festive food items.

When choosing sweet festive food, go for healthy festive food made with caramelized sugar or natural honey or sweets made from those fruit purees like mango, strawberries, pineapple, which are sweet in taste.
