Its December 2015 and winter season is, already in. So, if you are upgrading your clothes, according to winter season; then why you are not upgrading your diet, according to winter season?



Yes, it is very vital to upgrade your diet, not only according to winter season; in fact, whenever new season comes; there is specific diet for those days, when change of season is occurring.

Discussing diet of every season, in this single article, is not topic of this article; I will discuss it, in some other article. Today, I will discuss diet for, specially winter season.

So, here comes diet, specially you should consume in winter season; to which include following-

Dry fruits-

Dry fruits are not only nutrient rich; but also omega fatty acids in it, on catabolism release heat energy, which give you warmth, essential to beat cold winter.
                                                             
Dry coconut-

Dry coconut also contain saturated fat, which also on catabolism; release a lot of heat energy; in fact more than dry fruits.

Butter-

Butter also contains saturated fat, just like dry coconut.

Groundnut-

Groundnut just like dry fruits, contain its own fatty acids; from which groundnut oil is made. Fatty acids, of whichever type, whether saturated or unsaturated; on catabolism give heat energy, which supplement you with heat energy, considered necessary in winter.

Maize flour based recopies-

Maize flour also gives, good amount of heat energy, on catabolism.

Ginger tea-

Ginger tea, no doubt, gives adequate warmth; but also supplies you, its anti-inflammatory properties to beat winter related diseases.

Dates-

Date is such a fruit, which no doubt; does not contain saturated fat, to release heat energy on catabolism; but contains all essential nutrients, to beat icy winter weather coldness.
