4 Known Worthy Facts, about Renal Calculi that you should have, Knowledge of

                                                                                                                                        Kidney stones are also called as renal calculi. They are very common, these days; occurring in most of the individuals, due to lifestyle changes. So, it is very important that you must know some facts, related to it; to prevent its occurrence, in you and as well as to identify, its occurrence in you.

So, here comes, 4 facts about renal calculi that you must know-
1) First of all, how many types, renal calculi are of? Well, renal calculi is of 2 types-
  • One type- is called primary renal stones, under which are those types of kidney stones comes; which are formed inside body, without presence of any inflammation, inside body.
  • Whereas under 2nd type- comes secondary stones, which are those ones; which are formed inside body only, when there is inflammation already; occurring in body. In fact, they are formed, out of inflammation.

2) Now, question is, what kind of stones, comes under category of primary stones and which one, come under secondary stones?
  • Well answer to that is, calcium oxalate, uric acid stone, cystine stone and xanthine stones that comes, under category of primary stones.
  • Whereas, triple phosphate calculus and mixed stones, comes under category of secondary stones.

3) Now, question is, which types of stones, are more common?                                           
Calcium oxalate stones are more common. And, very interesting fact about them; their reoccurrence rate, is also very fast. They usually re-occur, after every 2-3 years.
4) Next, question is, how to avoid their re-occurrence?
Well, for that follow, some of kidney health instructions and those are-
  • Drink natural stone flusher that is water; at least in amount equal to 8 glasses, in whole day.
  • No doubt, you love to consume meat or pulses very much; but, consume them in limit; if you do not want, to be a renal calculi victim.
  • Instead of consuming, meat or pulses daily; consume fiber rich diet, which is formed of vegetables, fruits, whole food and not, refined food.
  • Exercise daily, if you have habit of consuming high salt or high sugar diet. If possible, have intake of, low salt diet because excess of salt contribute, in calcium oxalate renal calculi formation.
