3. Beetroot also contain good amount of iron. Tomatoes also contain good amount of iron along with good dose of vitamin A.

4. Broccoli, cabbage and cauliflower also contain good amount of iron along with good dose of antioxidants and vitamin C.

5. Carrots also contain good amount of iron. Bitter gourd juice not only helps in lowering diabetes but also is a good source of iron.
