Which Health Measures One Should Follow to Enhance Body Immunity?



There are various preventive measures available for preventing various diseases, same way there is also some health measures, health tips and healthy habits, which you need to, follow on daily basis to enhance your body immunity. You need to make these healthy measures part of your life to enhance immunity level of your body.


There are various health measures with which you can enhance your body immunity. These healthy measures, which you need to, follow on daily basis to have healthy immune system and to enhance human body immunity are as follow-

1.      Exercise-
First do exercise on daily basis for fifteen to twenty minutes to have healthy immune system and to increase your body immunity level. If possible, try to have your exercise schedule in early morning, as exercise if done in fresh air of morning increases your body immunity level much more than exercise done in evening schedule. Exercise done in evening does benefit, but benefits of exercise done in morning are much more excellent than that done in evening.

2.      Do eat citrus fruits, which contain rich amount of vitamin C-
Do eat citrus fruits like oranges, watermelon, pineapple, strawberries, and blueberries. Do consume lemon juice which is rich source of vitamin C to have healthy immune system. These all above fruits are rich source of vitamin C and vitamin C you all know has got antioxidant properties which enhances immunity level of human body and also strengthens human immune system.

3.      Do consume fruits and vegetables rich in vitamins B6, B3, B9, B12 and vitamin A-
Do eat fruits rich in vitamins B6, B3, B9 and B12 like apricot, pineapple, mangoes and papaya and vegetables rich in vitamins B6, B3, B9 and B12 like pumpkin, carrots and yellow capsicum. Fruits and vegetables rich in vitamins B6, B3, B9 and B12 contain anti-inflammatory properties and also possess antioxidants in rich amount which not only improves human eye vision and prevents and treats various eye diseases, but also enhance human body immunity. Yes, these fruits and vegetables do increase human body immunity level and also enhance and strengthen human immune system.

Also do consume fruits and vegetables rich in vitamin A like plums, apples, strawberries, carrots, and watermelon and carrot juice, red capsicum which are vitamin A rich foods. Vitamin A not only increases your eye vision but also enhances your body immunity. So do consume these vegetables and fruits in good amount to have strengthened and healthy human immune system.

                                                              

Do consume green vegetables like spinach, capsicum, cabbage, gourd and bitter gourd in good amount. These contain all essential nutrients which human body requires to enhance its immunity and to strengthen its immune system. Soups made from these vegetables are very good for your immune system especially tomato soup, carrot, capsicum and cabbage mix vegetables soup.

4.      Do consume pulses in good amount, in adequate amount required by human body-
Pulses do enhance immunity of human immune system and also repairs any fault present in damaged, injured tissues and worn out tissues of human immune system.

5.      Eat fruits and vegetables rich in antioxidants, they increase your body immunity level-
Yes, do eat fruits and vegetables rich in antioxidants like, spinach, all green vegetables, fruits and vegetables rich in vitamin C, A and B which are richest source of antioxidants. They increase your body immunity level. Fruits which are rich in vitamin A, C and B that I have already told you in this article, but for quick recap, those fruits and vegetables are all green vegetables, carrots, tomatoes, strawberries, watermelon, pineapple, mango, papaya, pumpkin and all citrus fruits like oranges, lemon, plums, pineapple and strawberries are richest source of antioxidants which increases your body immunity level and strengthen the human body immune system. Antioxidants remove all free radicals, toxic chemicals, bacteria and viruses which decrease human body immunity level. So do consume these vegetables and fruits rich in antioxidants to have healthy immune system.

6.      Also do meditation and breathing exercises-
They also increase human body immunity level and also strengthen and heal human immune system.

7.      Also do yoga on daily basis-
It also increases your immunity level along with detoxifying human body and removes harmful effects or damages done by stress. It also improves human immune system along with treating various diseases. So do yoga on daily basis to have healthy immune system.
