Yes, making food is a kind of art; but it depends upon you, how you cook your food; how you decorate it. That is to say, how you present it; with its decoration and cooking style.

If you just cook your food, daily in just work finished fast style; then this, fastness does not allow time for, this artistic decoration and does not let, new creative ideas, to cook food in different style flow in mind. To found out, which technique is best in maintaining food nutrition and at same time enhancing taste of food, is an art in itself.

Which demands, both time to decorate food and also creative enthusiasm, to find out new cooking style with a twist; which can maintain, both the taste of food and its nutrition too. Yes, maintaining nutrition level of food; while making food tasty, is also a kind of art; which one acquires with practice. This is because, initially you are used to easy methods; of refined and processed food, which let's you miss out nutrition level of cooked food; but helps in cooking food easily.

Hunting out your own right cooking method, with practice; requires patience because initially, every cooking beginner makes cooking blunders, even if, they are provided with right cooking method.

And, after making those cooking blunders; but still motivating oneself, to cook food again requires patience, to not lose that motivation again. Maintaining that patience level, is also an art; just like cooking food with maintenance of, both taste and nutrition level is.

This fact, every food cooker can understand and especially beginners, who are learning cooking simultaneously; also need to learn, how to maintain patience level in situations; when those cooking blunder happens.
