First of all, what are Haemorrhoids, do you
know that or not? If yes, that is good, but if do not know; then first know, haemorrhoids are also known with
name of PILES. Haemorrhoid is an ano-rectal complaint, in which; there occur
swelling of blood vessels, of lower rectum and anus.
But question is, why this swelling occur?
This occur because patient has difficulty in defecating
stool, due to which patient has to strain for defecating stool; which causes
injury of blood vessels, of lower rectum and anus area because it is area, where
maximum straining occur. These injured blood vessels, are reason of swelling of
blood vessels.
But question is, why patient has difficulty in defecating stool, due to which patient has to strain?
Well, it has so many causes, but most often, it is found
that patient suffers from complaint of constipation and in constipation; you
know very well that what happens; yes, you got it right it is difficulty in defecating
stool.
So, is swelling the only symptom that occur in Hemorrhoids complaint, to its victim?
No, it manifest other symptoms, too for example-
- Pain in anal region, especially during straining, during micturition and discomfort felt in ano-rectal region, while sitting for long time.
- Blood loss occur during micturition process, in form of blood stained stool.
- Loss of desire to eat, which result in constipation because when patient will eat very less, out of no desire to eat; there will result nothing else, but the constipation.
- Mild anaemia keep on progressing gradually, due to blood loss; which occur in haemorrhoids complaint.
- Weakness occur, as patient is not eating nutritive food and second reason for weakness is anaemia, occurring from blood loss, during defecating.
