3.      Magnesium-
Magnesium is required by human bones in very smaller quantities for healthy bone growth and it also helps in healthy formation of bone extracellular matrix.

4.      Fluoride-
Fluoride is also required by human bones in very smaller quantities just like magnesium is required in very small quantity for effective bone growth. It also strengthens the bone extracellular matrix.

5.      Manganese-
Manganese is required by human bones in very smaller quantities for good bone growth and for healthy bone remodeling. It not only helps in healthy bone growth but also activates the enzymes which are required for synthesis of bone extracellular matrix.
