Constipation, like any other disease, too harms human body; produce its ill effects. But, what these harms are, bad effects or ill effects are; which constipation results out, in inside human body premises.



                                                 
These ill effects, bad effects or harms; which constipation produce, on human body are-

First bad effect-

which it cause, inside human body premises is that which it cause in mouth. And that is that it cause foul breath, which comes out; whenever suffering individual, opens his mouth.

Second harm-

which it produce to human body, is that it cause heart rate disturbances. Yes, your problem of constipation, can harm your heart too; by causing strain injury, of heart muscles; by increasing stress on heart, by increasing its work load.

Third ill effect-

which it cause is tongue coating, which no longer has its normal pinkish radish appearance. It is found coated, along with loss of appetite; with constipation.

Fourth ill effect-

Loss of appetite, with bloated abdomen, is its fourth ill effect.

Most common harms-

Piles, fissures, fistula, are most common; concomitant aliments of constipation sufferers.

Harms resulting out of, untreated constipation-

Diverticulitis, along with concomitant ill effect, laziness and depressiveness; can occur, if constipation progress towards, moderate chronic stage; without treatment.
  •          Irritable bowel syndrome is another ill effect; resulting out of, untreated chronic constipation; along with one more harm, chronically progressing weakness of colon muscles.


Danger of chronic constipation-

And, if this chronically progressing constipation; goes towards severe stage, then it can harm colon of, human body; by causing colorectal cancer.
  •          And can disrupt, whole homoeostatic balance of body; by harming perfect hormonal balance of, homeostatic system of human body; to imbalanced hormonal defective state and can also cause, auto-immune disorders, in long run.
