Summer is the season, which does not call for, hot drinks; on opposite, it calls for cool drinks. Yes, it calls for drinks, which produce cooling effect; in human body. From cool drinks, here I does not mean carbonated beverages; they are not good for health. From cool drinks, here I mean, the drinks; which produce cooling effect, inside human body.


                                                 
But which drinks, produce cooling effect; inside human body? The drinks, which produce cooling effect, inside human body are-

Type number 1 of ideal cool drinks-

Simple plain water, mildly cold; but not totally chilled. Yes drink, simple plain water, as much you can drink; up to one to two glasses, when thirst arises. 
  • And in this way, total glasses of your water intake; should be- on summation, be up to eight to ten. 
  • But remember, water should not, be extremely chilled because that produce harm, to your throat and can cause cough.

Type number 2 of ideal cool drinks-

Second kind of cool drink, you can consume in summer; is fruit juices and fruit shakes, but no coffee or tea. Fruit juices hydrate, whereas coffee and tea dehydrate. 
  • And, in summers, fruits juices supply adequate hydration and also, along with hydration, give minerals; 
  • which helps in, maintaining electrolyte balance of, human body.

Type number 3 of ideal cool drinks-

Third kind of cool drinks, are those; which are made from, vegetable juices. Yes, you can consume- 
  • juices made from vegetables, like carrots and cucumber; just the way you can consume fruits juices, made from; mango, strawberries, watermelon, pineapple, lemon, kiwi, every summer season; to keep you cool.
