Finger nails some young girls have habit of keeping long because of fashion trend. Long nails especially shaped looks nice but health meter wise they are disease house.   • Long nails as I said above, are disease house. The angle long nails made with finger tip, is that space, where dirt keeps on collecting; which is breeding house for disease causing germs to grow.
  • 2nd reason, comes out of this 1st reason and that is, that dirt which collects in angle made by long nails, not only is breading house of germs; but also goes inside your mouth, when you eat food, with those dirt full long nails. This dirt on ingestion cause remit-tent acute abdominal pain, diarrhoea episode and indigestion.
  • Sharply long nails may cause scratch on skin, when accidentally strike to skin at particular angle; especially when not shaped. Because shaped one are less sharp because their sharp ends, are made blunt with sharper.
  • Long nails are much unhygienic than trimmed nails because of dirt, which keep on collecting under them; when not cleaned daily.
  • Long nails decrease life quality because when they let disease causing germs to reside under them; which ultimately in your body cause disease, reduce immunity, health deteriorate. So, ultimately good life quality becomes short which was full of good health, no disease and increased immunity, when nails were trimmed.
