It often happens that when
you first time, cook food in your life; some cooking mistake definitely
happens. One such cooking mistake, is improperly cooked food. Sometimes, it got
overcooked and sometimes undercooked. And these cooking mistakes, keep
happening; until you know, right steps to cook food, health wise.
1) Note color of food-
To check, whether food is properly cooked or not; you
need to repeatedly check, color of food. Color of food is first thing, you see
in food.
- When food is not cooked; then its color is something else, but when you cook it; its color changes, with passing of each minute of cooking.
- When food is properly cooked; then its color is something else;
- When under cooked; then it’s totally different and
- When overcooked; then color of food is, something else from cooked food.
2) From Aroma of food-
Aroma of food is, which you can repeatedly check; when
food is cooking, to know; whether it is completely cooked or not. But, if you
somehow miss to check it repeatedly; then aroma of food will reach you in room,
you are sitting; when it has reached, nearby properly cooked stage.
- When food is under cooked; then its aroma, is limited to kitchen;
- but when, it is properly cooked or near properly cooked; then it reaches to you, in room you are sitting.
- But, when it is overcooked; then its aroma, also reach to you, in room you are sitting and that is, of burnt charcoal; like something is burning.
3) From taste of food-
Yes, you can check, whether food is properly cooked or
not; from its taste. Yes, when food is raw; then its taste, is something else
and
- when, it is properly cooked; then its taste is something else and
- when it is over-cooked; then its taste, is something else.
4) From consistency of food-
Yes, you can check, whether food is cooked or not; from
consistency of food. When food is raw; then it does not mash easily and its
curry is not thick; but,
- When it is cooked properly; then it mash easily and its curry is thick.
- Batter turn from thick consistency to semi solid consistency, when properly cooked
- And to firm solid, when over-cooked.
