Cancer is a collection of invading cells, which grow at fast rate than cells of body. As they grow at rate higher than cells of body, they take space, nutrition that body cells take. Due to which, affected organs starts deteriorating and do not able to function properly. Cancer is a malignant disease, which can be stopped from occurring if, we follow certain norms to prevent it. For example, eat cancer preventing vegetables like broccoli, carrot, and fruits like citrus fruits. This is just cancer prevention tip. Cancer come under category of malignant tumours, which are harmful. They deteriorate body organs from inside. Whereas benign tumours are those tumours, which does not harm body, as they does grow fast. Whereas malignant tumours called cancer, grow at fast rate, destroying the organs of body.

11 Cancer prevention tips, that you need to follow, to Prevent Cancer from occurring-


1) Eat cancer preventing fruits and vegetables- 

There are certain fruits and vegetables, which got more antioxidants, which help in preventing cancer cells from flourishing in body. For example-
  • Broccoli, olive oil and beans prevents colorectal cancer.
  • Carrots and garlic prevent stomach cancer, prostate cancer and lung cancer.
  • Walnuts decrease risk of breast cancer.
  • Citrus fruits decrease risk of developing pancreatic cancer and stomach cancer.
  • Tomato prevent prostate cancer.


2) Regular screening check ups-

Along with eating cancer preventing fruits and vegetables, you also need to go for regular cancer screening check ups. Visit your doctor, on appointed date, ask for cancer screening test to be done.
  • If there would be any cancer developing inside body, that would be detected early in regular screening tests. Timely, early detection helps in early treatment of cancer, which increase chances of survival after cancer treatment.


3) Avoid consuming tobacco-

Tobacco causes oral cancer, lung cancer, larynx cancer, oesophageal cancer. Therefore, stop consuming it, if you do not want to suffer from these cancers mentioned above.

4) Avoid consuming processed foods in excess-

Processed foods contains no nutrition. But, it contains cancer developing preservatives, which are used to preserve food. Whereas un-processed home food, contains no such preservatives. Therefore, save you from cancer.

5) Avoid consuming outside meal daily, for three times a day-

Some people, due to working in far states from home, have to eat outside meal daily for three times a day. Outside meal is not cooked with that much hygiene, as much home cooked food.
  • Outside food bring infection in body, because it  is cooked with unhygienic hands. This infection with time causes inflammatory changes. With passage of time, these inflammatory changes turn into pathological changes, causing Hodgkin’s disease.


6) Avoid consuming alcohol in excess, three times a day-

Alcohol if consumed in excess daily, three times a day, is not good. It can harms your liver, by causing alcoholic fatty liver. With time, alcoholic fatty liver starts moving to stage of cirrhosis of liver. Therefore, before reaching to stage of liver cancer, stop consuming alcohol on daily basis and three times a day basis.

7) Maintain body weight in normal range-

Overweight of body predispose human body to various types of cancer. For example, liver cancer, stomach cancer, pancreatic cancer. Therefore, before its too late, shed extra body weight by exercising and consuming balanced diet.

8) Get vaccinated for specific types of cancers-

There are some vaccines, which are prescribed by doctors, for prevention of certain types of cancer. Get vaccinated with them, under recommendation of your doctor, which one you need according to your body.

9) Do exercise daily-

Exercise nourish the body with fresh air and remove excess body weight. It also speed up circulation of body, so that each organ and each cell of body is not deprived of oxygen. Improved blood circulation, normal body weight, cut out roots of cancer promoting factors.

10) Avoid exposure to radiation-

Exposure to ultraviolet rays of sun cause skin cancer. Therefore, go outside in summers after applying sunscreen, to save skin from ultraviolet rays exposure.
  • Save heavy x-ray emitted in certain factory work. Heavy X-ray cause genetic changes in cells of body, predisposing them to cancer. Protect yourself from them, by wearing x-ray blocking cover, available at x-ray emitting work place.


11) Stop smoking-

Smoking on daily basis causes pathological changes in respiratory tract of body. These pathological changes, with time take shape of cancer of respiratory tract. For example, oral cancer, lung cancer.
