Top Foods for Brain in Exam Season




As there is a special guest list for a celebration in ceremony in a house, similarly there is a special food list for boosting brain power for exam season. Yes, there are certain foods which supply brain capabilities improving nutrients.


And, such foods which boost brain power and improve its learning, remembering capacity and as well as writing capacity, those foods are as follow-

1.      Almonds and almond oil-
Almonds kept in water overnight should be eaten in morning, it will improve study material studied remembering and learning capacity and similar effect do almond oil massage have, it improves grasping of facts learned during studies in brain.

2.      Walnuts and walnut oil-

4.      Carrots and Tomatoes-
Carrots and tomatoes are equally necessary as above things are, for boosting brain concentration capacities. This is because vitamin A found in carrots and tomato improve brain's grasping power.

5.      Honey-
Similarly, honey do is equally necessary, as above food stuffs are in improving brain's working capacities and also calming over anxious and stressful brain in exams due to stress and tear of exams.

6.      Apple-
Apple helps in keeping exam candidate in good health along with boosting brain's focusing capacity which is prior most required thing in exams.

7.      Green vegetables- Green vegetables got all the food nutritive elements, which students need for improved brain function during exams.
