Trans fats are such a component of foods, whose harms are eminent
and which I have detailed many times in previous Health Blog articles. This time we will
talk on, "What to do to save oneself from harms
of trans fats?”
What you
can do to save oneself from harms of trans fats, all of that
is as follow-
1. First thing you can do is, first of all, eliminate quantity of trans fats slowly in diet; if you cannot really quit taste of trans fat immediately.
2. But, if you can quit trans-fat taste immediately, if you are strong willed and can easily quit trans fats easily at once, then eradicate trans fats from diet component’s shopping list and replace it with non-trans fat containing oil and other food stuffs.
3. You can replace trans-fats with mono-unsaturated or polyunsaturated fats, which tastes equally good; but does not imbalance your metabolic levels.
4. But, if some how you cannot resist or you have to eat trans-fat rich cakes or pastries, due to friend's pressure; then do not forget to increase length of your morning walk and exercise session a half an hour bit, to burn these trans fats, to save yourself from their harms.
5. Consume more of balanced diet, instead of trans fat rich unbalanced diet, too save yourself from harms of trans fats.
