  1. Vitamin C, as known fact that everybody know is that it nourish human immune system and increase its body protection powers; whose efficiency decrease with day to day work, if timely vitamin C rich foods are not consumed.

  2. Second task that it does, it prevents degeneration of body tissues; from diseases as well as from aging.
