  1. First of all, winter clothing covering, for your body; should be started, according to winter day’s environment. Some clothing, go for less winter, some for medium and some for, harsh winter. Wear according to winter day meter because wearing wrong clothing, for a winter day; for example, less warm clothing for harsh winter, will definitely, make you suffer acute winter respiratory problems. So, wear right, according to atmospheric temperature.
  2. Never eat curd or any milk related recipes; while suffering from, acute respiratory problems.
  3. Have one tablespoon of honey and thumbnail size ginger square piece, on alternate days; while suffering from acute respiratory problems, to lessen disease intensity and also, to heal body.
  4. Do green tea sipping, in winter morning; on acute respiratory suffering days.
  5. Do not ingest cold food, such as cucumber, ice cream, icy cold drinks in winter. On the opposite, ingest warmth giving food; but, that too in slight quantity because consuming them in bulk may disturb thermal balance of human body. Because, when body will get right warmth, chances of suffering from acute respiratory problems are less; as the body is in its optimum working condition; instead of, when it is not at, right body temperature.
  6. Instead, of salads, consume warm soups, in winter; to give warmth, to your body and to heal respiratory troubles.
