Boost immunity – 

Vitamin C is present in good amount in strawberry. This Vitamin C helps in boosting immunity of body. That it do by strengthening immune system of body.

Prevents anaemia 

Anaemia is caused due to deficiency of iron in body. Strawbeeries contain iron in good amount. By eating them, you can replenish the body with iron. Vitamin C present in strawberry helps in absorption of iron from it much better way. 

Prevents constipation 

Deficiency of fiber in food you eat, causes constipation. Starwbeery contains fiber in good amount. Include them in your diet and prevent constipation.

Causes kidney stones – 

Strawberries contain oxalates. When you eat Strawberries in excess amount, then these oxalates go in your body in excess amount. These excess amount of oxalates, when combine with calcium in your body, then they form calcium oxalates kidney stones. Therefore, do not eat strawberries in excess amount, to prevent excess accumulation of oxalates in body. 

Worsen symptoms of GERD – 

As strawbeeries are acidic in nature, eating them in excess amount, will worsen your symptoms of GERD. 

Causes acidity  

As, already told above, strawbeeries are acidic in nature, eating them in excess amount on daily basis, can cause acidity. 

Worsen hyperkalamiea  Hyperkalaemia is a diseased  state of body, in which you have high potassium level in body, causing some disease symptoms in your body. Strawbeeries contain potassium. Eating strawberries in excess amount on daily basis, will cause accumulation of potassium in excess amount in body, further worsening your symptoms of Hyperkalaemia. 

Worsen chronic kidney disease symptoms 

In chronic kidney disease, high potassium diet worsen symptoms. Strawbeeries contain potassium in good amount. Eating strawbeeries in excess amount, will supply more potassium to your body, further worsening symptoms of your chronic kidney disease. 

Interfers with blood thinner medicines 💊 – 

Vitamin K present in strawbeeries interferes with action of blood thinner medicines 💊. 

Gas in abdomen or pain in abdomen 

Strawberries contain fiber in good amount. Eating strawbeeries in excess amount on daily basis, causes accumulation of fiber in excess amount in body. That much excess amount of fiber, body is not able to process fastly, causing symptoms of gas in abdomen and pain in abdomen.
