Hypertension as you know is a symptom which is found in diseased condition of human body altered from state of health. In hypertension, blood pressure of human body gets increased, that is, it goes above the normal range of blood pressure of human body which is 120mmHg systolic and 80mmHg diastolic. In hypertension, blood pressure of human body goes above 140mmHg systolic and 90mmHg diastolic and does not stay in this normal range of 120/80mmHg which is found in state of health.

Yes, you get it right that we are going to discuss here in this article, what are various diagnosing symptoms which indicate that you are suffering from hypertension? The various diagnosing symptoms which indicate that you are suffering from hypertension are-

1.      High blood pressure values on measuring blood pressure with BP apparatus-
When on measuring blood pressure with the help of blood pressure monitor on regular basis daily, blood pressure comes persistently higher above 140mmHg systolic and above 90mmHg diastolic on routine checkup daily. When blood pressure comes persistently higher, daily, on checking on regular basis with BP apparatus, then, it is a serious issue, which requires medicinal treatment, which depends on what is the causative factor behind for this persistently coming high blood pressure, that is, hypertension.

2.      Fatigue-
Fatigue is very common symptom complained by people suffering from hypertension. They usually remain tired; get easily tired from doing little work.

3.      Headache and dizziness-
Headache and dizziness are very common symptoms complained by people suffering from hypertension. People suffering from hypertension usually complain of headache or of vertigo. Dizziness is felt, always they feels dizzy, tired and lazy.

4.      Breathlessness-
With high blood pressure, there occur episodes of breathlessness when blood pressure gets increased to higher level above the normal range. People suffering from hypertension get breathless easily after doing some work. State of breathlessness becomes worse as state of hypertension becomes more and more chronic, which require proper and right treatment to stop it from deteriorating the homeostatic system of human body.

5.      Eye vision gets decreased-
With hypertension, eye vision gets decreased and it also puts strain on eyes which sometimes cause supra-orbital ache or pain in supra-orbital region of eye or sometimes frontal headache.





6.      Haemorrhages in various organs-
Hypertension can cause haemorrhages in tissues of various organs of human body like eyes, kidneys, lungs, brain and liver by rupturing the blood vessels due to heavy load put on them by high blood pressure. Haemorrhages in tissues of various organs occur when disease progress to chronic state and becomes worse in advanced stage of hypertension. Retinal haemorrhages, blood from nose, blood in lungs or respiratory passages, blood from mouth on coughing are indicative signs of internal haemorrhages which are caused by high blood pressure when hypertension gets progressed to worse or you can say advanced or last stage of hypertension that is when chronic state has become worsened.

7.      Insomnia-
Insomnia is also one of the common symptoms complained by people suffering from hypertension. Insomnia is loss of sleep which occurs in high blood pressure that is in hypertension cases.

8.      Irritability, nervousness and sometimes anxiety, these are also the symptoms people usually complain when they are suffering from hypertension. In some people there is found increase of irritability and in some there occurs too much anxiety.
