Weight reduction and that too for a good number of years can
be achieved but that requires regular implementation of health rules and strict
discipline. You can have occasional breaks for once in month from them but rest
of the 29 days of month require strict health discipline of following,
implementing health rules daily in your daily routine not just food.
How can you achieve this? What these health rules are? How
gaining excess weight can be reduced for a long term? Like, I said already,
weight gain can be prevented for good number of years with implementation of
health rules with strict discipline and journey of these health rules start as
follow-
1) Now, first rule, is never make a mistake of completely
neglecting carbohydrates in food. This is worst mistake always committed by
dieters on weight loss plan. The right thing is only exclude bad one, not good ones. Now, which are
good one category carbohydrates? Good one category carbohydrates are complex
carbohydrates which are not refined which you can have from, whole wheat bread, whole wheat flour rottis, from brown sugar, fresh vegetables and
fruits, whole maize flour and maize flour.
2) If they are good one, then which are bad one whom you need
to exclude? The bad carbohydrates are those that are called simple
carbohydrates made from refining of complex carbohydrates. Under, this comes
refined maize called corn starch, refined wheat flour called maida, refined
white sugar.
3) Always consume protein from best, that is, unrefined source
not from refined source; just like carbohydrates if you really want to prevent
excess weight gain. Consume unrefined pulses, soya bean, milk.
4) Consume food cooked with mostly unsaturated fats, that
is, poly unsaturated and monounsaturated fat rich oils like olive and mustard oils;
not the cooked in saturated fats rich ghee, butter, dalda.
5) Make habit of green tea or antioxidant rich fruit and
vegetable salads, soups consumption and exercising daily.
6) Halt habit of consuming too much sugary and fat rich
diet, instead exercise or do morning walk as daily as you can for at least
sixty minutes each day.
7) Do meditation exercise daily and consume not too much salty things out of normal limit.
