Yes, everywhere it is told that stress is harmful; whether it is talking
to doctor or with religious gurus; or talking with anybody, everybody will
told you; not to take stress, as it is harmful.
But, it is also another truth of today's life that stress is deep
rooted into our lifestyle and working area. Another truth is, one can change their lifestyle at home, outdoors; but cannot quit job. So truth is, avoiding little bit
of stress is possible; but completely avoiding it at workplace, is not possible; as
it will lead to firing from job.
So question is, how much stress is harmful? The answer to this is that too
much of stress is harmful. But, that does not mean that small stress is not harmful.
It is harmful too, if it torture on everybody basis. Because, when it occurs on
everyday basis; then slowly it piles up, get accumulated and one day result
out as, chronic disease in laboratory reports; which have developed from gradually
accumulating stress.
So, little bit of stress at intermittent basis is not harmful; in
fact, it motivates you to compete. You work at time; but same small stress, if
you are predisposed to, on everyday basis; then it can cause chronic diseases, as
too much of exposure at a single time can do. But sad truth is, you cannot quit
your job, cannot quit your exams; if small stress occur on everyday basis at work,
in exams days; but another truth is, you can learn the ways to tackle the everyday
stress. If you learn to tackle stress, then you can save yourself from lot of chronic and acute diseases stress
cause. And, these ways I will discuss in next article.
