Which Food Stuffs one should Eat during Exams?




Exam sessions, are very important session of human student life. Results of them, have huge impact on career life of a student; therefore, good result in exams is crucial for them. But, this crucial good result will come out; when you will perform well. But, you will perform well in exams, only then; when your health is well.





So to perform well in exams, one should be 1st be in good health. So, which food stuffs, one should eat during exams; to maintain good health?                                                                                            
  • One should eat, mind sharpening food stuffs and not heavy unhealthy deep fried and deep buttery food.
  • One should drink healthy drinks; like milk, yoghurt and not unhealthy carbonated, sugary drinks during exam session.
  • Third is, more of fruits should be consumed by exam students in place of deep sugary snacks. Because highly sugary snacks damage health; which is not good for their exam preparations. Sweet fruits are not that much high in sugar; as such deep fried, deeply sugary snacks are.
  • Fourth is, little amount of walnuts and almonds, should be included in food of exam students; occasionally per week. Because vital nutrients, which walnuts and almonds contain; not only maintain good health, which you need utmost in exams; but also improve learning, writing and memory recalling abilities of students; which they need utmost during exams.
  • One should neither eat less, nor eat in excess; as both will cause respective diseases, caused by them. One should eat in moderation, which does not cause any disease. It only keeps you healthy, which you need utmost in exams.
