3.      Drink more water, if you are having habit of drinking less water. It will decrease kidney stone formation and helps in its expulsion out of body. You can increase your water intake, not by just increasing daily water drinking quantity; you can increase it, by eating fruits which contains more of water content in them.
  • Such fruits are- citrus fruits for example; oranges, lemon. If you do not like eating citrus fruits; then you can have your water dose from fruits such as watermelon.
5.      As, kidney stone disease patient is low on health; so you can increase his health by supply of multivitamin and mineral dose through fruits such as mangoes and papaya.

6.      Similarly, just like bitter gourd, vegetables which can be recommended to them; are potato and tomato, which are easy for them to digest and supply enough multivitamin and mineral supply.
