Why Wearing High Heels during Pregnancy is more Risky?



Today, I will tell you about, "Why wearing high heels during pregnancy is more risky?" It is risky because, it produces lot of harms to pregnant women's health; if not stopped at time.


Yes, if wearing high heels during pregnancy is not stopped; then, it can produce following harms to pregnant women-

1)      Number one of which is slipped disc. Yes, it can cause problem of slipped disc; if wearing high heels during pregnancy is not stopped soon.

2)      Second harm which can result out of wearing high heels, to pregnant women during pregnancy; is that it increases incidence of fall during pregnancy, due to imbalance in body posture; created by physiological changes and increased weight of pregnancy and wearing high heels further imbalances it; to totally imbalance. And, increases incidence of falls due to totally imbalanced body posture created by wearing them.

3)      Wearing high heels during pregnancy, worsen already developed physiological back pain of pregnancy.

4)      Similarly, it causes pain of sciatica; if wearing them is not stopped very soon. In pregnancy, body posture is imbalanced by, physiological changes of pregnancy. So, many disease aliments developing during pregnancy and wearing heels worsens those symptoms.

5)      Pregnancy automatically increase body weight' because of which there starts difficulty in bending down or sitting down or standing up and wearing heels worsens those symptom further.

6)      Wearing high heels increase body fatigue episodes. Faintness episodes developed out of increased body fatigue increase in frequency from wearing high heels.
