Wearing high heels is such a hobby of women; which she cannot quit. And, if she quits it; then she misses the enjoyment, of wearing them. But, along with providing confidence boost and enjoyment boost; wearing high heels on daily basis, without skipping high heels even for a single day; can cause health damage boost too.


                                                                            
                                                                             

What kind of health damage boost, wearing high heels on daily basis; produce? The health harms, disease conditions; which wearing high heels daily for so many years; without skipping a single day not wearing them are-

1) It causes more abnormality in normal human feet architecture; which predispose feet to chronic injuries development in future. Migraine, leg pain and ankle pain are other problems, which it cause.

2) If you wear high heels on consistent basis, without skipping a single day without heels; then it cause hammer toes, foot skin infection and neuromas.



3) Just like, sitting for prolonged time; without taking intermittent breaks, can disturb normal spinal posture; same thing wearing heels on daily basis, without skipping wearing heels on a single day cause. Yes, it too cause posture change; by changing curvature of spine from normal to abnormal.

4) It can cause early onset of osteoarthritis in your bones; if wearing high heels daily, if not stopped early or not followed by intermittent breaks; of not wearing high heels every day.

5) High heels, if you are wearing daily from lot of years; then it make your foot more supinated and disturbs normal arrangement of bones of feet and make your foot turned more towards outside.

6) Those who wear high heels daily, regularly encounter more knee pain episodes; more foot pain in front and mid of foot and more lumbago episodes.
