6 Right ways of consuming milk-
1) Always consume warm milk, not cold-
Right way to consume milk is to consume it warm. Warm milk is digested easily as it supplies heat energy required during its catabolism. Whereas cold milk does not supply heat energy. On opposite, it lowers stomach temperature. That increases work load of digestive system of raising temperature of stomach to digest milk. In mean time, warm milk gets digested, cold milk is just raising temperature. That is why cold milk is digested very late. That late digestion of cold milk cause indigestion.2) Add turmeric and ginger to milk-
Sometimes people say that they do not want to have milk in morning. As it causes heaviness, so one can’t eat breakfast, have to skip breakfast. Skipping breakfast is not good thing. To have your breakfast at time, you need to do 3 things-- First of all have a gap of atleast 1 hour between morning milk and breakfast. Second thing, never consume morning milk without morning walk that will cause heaviness.
- 3rd most important thing is add ginger or turmeric to milk while boiling it to drink warm milk. This ginger flavoured or turmeric flavoured milk not cause heaviness or phlegm in throat. But lactose intolerant people should drink only 2-3 spoon of ginger flavoured milk.
3) Never consume milk with raw vegetables or fruits-
Next, right way to consume milk is never consume it with citrus fruits. That will cause indigestion. Never consume raw vegetables or sprouts or preserved foods with milk. That won’t gets digested and will also make digestion of milk difficult too.4) Never consume milk with pungent food ingredients-

But, consume only one glass of 200 ml milk at one time. Do not consume 400 ml at one time. You need to break that 400 ml amount into 2 separate 200 ml glass, one in morning and one before evening.
