Acne occur in every girl and boy’s life. When it occurs your whole focus remain on it. You always think of how to get rid of it. Only thing that always run in mind is that it is destroying whole look. Nobody wants that. Everybody wants to get rid of that look damaging, acne. For that certain rules need to be followed. Lets have a look on 9 rules to follow to avoid suffering from acne.

Acne occurs due to hormonal surge. That occurs during puberty. When this hormonal surge occurs sebaceous glands of face produce extra oil. In that extra oil in skin pores, dust and bacteria gets collected. Dust with oil cause blackheads in skin pores. Bacteria with oil and dust combination cause red eruptions named acne.

Follow these 9 rules to avoid suffering from acne-

1) Avoid warm foods-

Warm foods are high calorie foods. They not only cause acne, but also cause other problems like weight gain. Example of high calorie foods-

  • Fried foods.
  • Sweets rich in fat.
  • Packed food.

Avoid them if you do not want to suffer from acne.

2) Avoid high glycaemic foods-
Just like high calorie food, high glycaemic foods also cause acne. But, how they cause acne? Both of them produce certain free radicals. Those free radicals accumulate at one place in shape of acne. Example of high glycaemic foods that you need to avoid are-

  • Processed cereals
  • White rice
  • Potatoes 
  • Chips

3) Avoid canned fruits-

Canned fruits are preserved fruits. To preserve them, large amount of sugar and salt is used. Excess salt raises blood pressure causing hypertension.  Excess sugar raise glycemic index of body. When that is raised as said above in point 2, cause acne. Therefore, don’t make mistake of eating them. Instead, eat natural fruits, which removes toxins collected by warm and high glycaemic foods.

4) Consume probiotics-

Inflammation in blocked pores is caused by toxins and dirt collected there. These inflamed blocked pores take shape of acne. Probiotics that you consume reduce that inflammation to great extent. Example of probiotics are-

  • Yoghurt.
  • Probiotic drinks.

5) Drink antioxidant rich tea and juice-

Antioxidants remove toxins causing acne. That way they reduce acne. Green tea is antioxidant rich. Vegetable and fruit juices are also antioxidant rich. Consuming 200 ml of home made juice daily prevent acne.

6) Avoid fast foods-

Fast foods also come under category of fatty foods. Fatty food come under category of warm foods. They produce lot of calorie, which disturbs body haemostasis. Disturbed homeostasis is not able to flush toxins that cause acne. Fast foods only brings acne causing toxins, not any nutrients with them. Nutrients rich balanced diet prevent acne.


7) Consume food cooked right way-

Food also need to be cooked right way. So, that it contains acne preventing nutrients.

What is wrong way of cooking? 
That is deep frying.

What is right way of cooking? 
Example of right way cooking are-

  • Boiling
  • Roasting
  • Steaming
  • Baking
  • Using whole grain food for cooking, not refined.
  • Using less salt.
  • Using nutrients rich olive oil.


8) Hydrate your body appropriately-

Keeping body hydrated flush out acne causing toxins from body. Right amount of water that you need to drink in whole day is 2 to 3 litre.

9) Consume only that much food that is required by your body-

If you eat in right amount that will not cause problem. Eating in large portion cause accumulation of acne causing toxins in bulk. That is why, acne are produced in bulk.
