1) Wash your face twice a day with oil free soap or face wash-
Your doctor will recommend you either oil free soap or face wash. Use that to wash your face.
- Clean your face with that twice a day, to clean skin of excess oil and dirt in acne eruptions.
- Never use oil based soap or cream based face wash, they will worsen acne.
2) Do not prick your acne with hands-
That will spread acne more. When you prick acne, the secretions that leaks from that area, spreads on side by area and causes acne on nearby area.
- Even, if you touch the hands you used to prick acne, on other areas of face, it will cause acne there, by getting infection from hands that pricked acne.
3) Do not over scrub your face-
Scrubbing your face with oil free scrub is necessary, but do not over do it. Doing facial scrub just once a week or twice a week is more than enough.

5) Do not over do makeup-
The reason being, makeup clogs pores of skin. In acne, skin pores of face are already clogged. With make up, they get clogged much more than they are without makeup.
- Because of that number of acne that worsen after using makeup, are much more increased than they are before makeup.
- First of all do not use make up to prevent clogging of skin pores. But, if you have to then, use only aqua based makeup. Do not use oil based make up.
6) Clean your make up with aqua based cleanser, before sleeping-
Do not leave make up on your skin whole day and whole night. Wash it before sleeping, with aqua based cleanser.

7) Do not eat heavily fried or fatty food-

8) Drink more water-
Hydrate your body by drinking more water. It flushes out excess toxic ions and free radicals, produced out of metabolism of food in body.

9) Consume more juicy fruits-
