Symptoms-
1. Weakness.2. Upper abdominal pain. 3. Weight loss.4. Jaundice.5. Hepatomegaly.6. Liver is hard, irregular but not tender. 7. Splenic enlargement.8. Ascites.
Investigations-
1. Blood examination.2. Liver function tests.3. Serum bilirubin test.4. Test of Alpha-fetoprotein in the serum.5. Straight X-ray of abdomen.6. Ultrasound.7. Radionuclide scans.8. CT scan.9. Selective hepatic arteriography.10. Splenoportography.
Treatment-
1. Surgery.2. Chemotherapy.
