10.  Lactase deficiency.

11.  Coeliac disease.

12.  Tropical sprue.

13.  Lymphoma.

14.  Side effects of some medicines.

15.  Thyrotoxicosis.

16.  Hypothyroidism.

17.  Diabetes mellitus.
