Alfalfa seeds are nutrient rich, this is reason why they are counted among most health beneficial seeds. Health benefiting properties of alfalfa seeds are no doubt prevent and cure various diseases. But, while having them in your diet, including them in your diet one thing which should not be overlooked, is the correct way, guidelines according to which they should be consumed.

So, remember have intermediate breaks of few months, in which you should stop consuming alfalfa seeds and then start eating them again after these intermediate breaks. Never consume them constantly without intermediate breaks of few months for a year. Do properly have your intermediate breaks while consuming them.

And third thing, which is very important is pregnant women and lactating women should never consume them without taking medical advice of their gynecologist doctor. And, if your gynecologist doctor says that you can have them, then have in dose or quantity prescribed safe and right for you.
