This is because of changed environment surrounding us. Yes, because of changed lifestyle engulfed in us. This is because of changed diet pattern followed by all of us today. All these three make heart, especially human heart weaker and there arise a need of making your heart more strong and healthy.

Questions is, how can you make your heart more strong and healthy? This is not that much tiring task. What is needed is to follow some routine steps everyday but with strict discipline. What these routine steps or health tips are? How to implement them?

1. First step, instead of fried snacking, follow fruit crunching or fruit juices or fruit salad every day. This makes your heart much strong and healthy.

2. Second routine step, in place of buttery deserts, have daily salad consisting of raw vegetables like onion, few garlic cloves, black mushroom and green cabbage and black olives.

3. Third routine step, is morning walk and fourth routine step is replacing your Maida food intake with whole wheat bread and sugar with honey.

4. Fifth routine step, is have vitamin E rich olive oil, more roughage based diet. Sixth step, is include more of omega 3 rich seeds in your diet.
