What to Halt and What to Add on to Prevent Obesity among Kids?


Obesity control requires some halting process and some add on process. Yes, there are some things to halt and something required to be on add on list to prevent obesity among kids.


What these thing are? Which things are needed to be on halt list, means required to be removed for obesity prevention? Which things are needed to be on add on list to prevent obesity? Both these two types of things are special mention of today's article-

1) Opt for multi grain made food in add on list for your breakfast, lunch and dinner. And, halt on white flour made breakfast and lunch base.

2) Choose vegetable salad, soup in add on list. Also, choose in add on list, red and purple vegetables combined with pulses, rice made food. 

3) Halt on deep fried snacks, chicken food, French fries. Instead add on roasted oil free baked fries instead of deep fried one.

4) Soups, salads made from yellow and green vegetables in dinner need to be on top in add on list for preventing obesity among kids. 


5) Increase of sleeping session of kids should be in add on list for kid age obesity prevention. 

6) Television watching session of kids should be halted. This helps in excess human body weight gain prevention among kids. More outdoor game sessions on add on list and halt videos game's session completely among kids to prevent obesity.
