we discuss its types. Yes, its types, tinnitus types. Tinnitus has two types, one of which is that one which is noticeable by everyone and second is not noticeable
by everyone.
1. First tinnitus type- is called subjective tinnitus.Yes, subjective tinnitus is first type of tinnitus. It is that
type which is noticeable by suffering patient and not by anybody else. Yes,
only suffering patient can recognize it. Nobody else can recognize the voice,
the patient of subjective tinnitus suffering is hearing.
- What is cause of subjective tinnitus that makes only subjective tinnitus suffering patient hear them?Sometime, there can be psychogenic cause and sometime it results out of internal ear defect, sometimes due to external ear defect and sometimes due to noise trauma.
2. Second is, yes second type- is objective tinnitus.
What happens in this type, that makes it uniquely different from first type? In
it, with patient, also other person can recognize the tinnitus voices which patient hears
and even they can be confirmed with physician's stethoscope.
- What causes this objective tinnitus?The causes for this especially unique type is number one tumors. Yes tumor but of which anatomic part? It is tumor of middle ear, yes of middle ear, this especial vascular tumor causes objective tinnitus. Other causes like, aneurysm of carotid artery and palatal myoclonic disease of ear can cause objective tinnitus too.
