1. Include more of warm clothing in place of non-warm clothing that you wear in monsoon, but wear this warm clothing over thick cotton clothing base. Because, if warm clothing that you wore directly comes in contact with your skin, then it grounds skin rashes. So, your first layers of clothes should be of thick pure cotton and then you can add, second to third layer of warm clothes depending upon the how much the weather is cold.
2. Replace your cold drinking squashes with warm tea and warm soups and coffee.
3. In meal you can add warm food in list. Now, question is which foods are warm? Those foods are warm, which produce more heat energy on metabolic burnout process. And, these foods are those, which have more butter, almonds, pistachio, avocados in it, which contain more beneficial fat. Coconut is high on saturated fats, no doubt they are not heart friendly, but they does get not collected in arteries as they got burned during the process of maintaining normal thermals of human body during winter.
4. Use appropriate home appliances which keep the temperature of room normal, but not over dry it; so use those home electrical appliances which keep temperature of room warm, but at same time does not over dry it, because a little bit of moisture is needed to support normal skin and normal eye health.
