How much Hygiene is Necessary?

How much hygiene one should have? How much hygiene is good? Hygiene is maintaining yourself and things you use, free of germs, dirt by cleaning them. But, question is how much cleaning is considered hygiene? How much cleaning is considered not hygiene? And, how much cleaning is considered over hygiene?

When cleanliness is maintained in such a way, that it done in such way which removes germs and dirt out of your body as well as things you use; but at same time does not over dry your body and over scrub things you use, then that kind of cleanliness is called hygiene.

But, when the cleanliness is done not at all or done at large interval, or if done does not removes germs and dirt out of your body and things you use; then it is not called hygiene, then it is called unhygiene or in simple language no hygiene.

But, what kind of cleanliness is called over hygiene? When the cleanliness is done with aim of removing dirt and germ out of body, but while doing this over dries your skin and whole human body and also cause injury to human body during cleanliness process, then that is called over hygiene.

One should do just hygiene and should avoid both harmful things, that is, non-hygiene as well as over-hygiene.
