Right diet is not only necessary to fulfill the nutrition requirement of human body, but also required to keep its brain anxiety free. Yes, right diet is necessary to keep human mind anxiety free.
                                    
                                 
So, what is right diet for anxiety management? So, here comes a how to do anxiety management with right dietary guidelines-

1. Dietary guideline number one- Never consume refined food stuffs and canned foods, as they are major culprit foods proved by researches as anxiety causer. Instead, shop and consume unrefined dietary food stuff.

2. Once a while in week or have at least two days in week for human body detoxification with citrus fruit juices and consume at least one fruit daily. Detoxification removes anxiety along with toxins.

3. Dietary guideline number third- is hydration which is first step to calmness. Yes, dehydration of body causes more anxiety episodes in brain.

4. Stop drinking hydration removing dehydrating alcohol, tea and coffee which are major anxiety causer.



5. Dietary guideline number five- Sometimes food allergies also cause anxiety episodes by decreasing health. So, avoid all those foods stuffs, from which you have allergic episodes inside body.

6. Have honey one teaspoon when you have anxiety episodes, it calms mind and reduce anxiety is dietary guideline number six.

7. Dietary guideline number seven- Eat curd once in a day to prevent anxiety episodes. Also, eating curd during anxiety episodes reduces anxiety to great extent.
