Which Foods to Avoid during Summer?



Summer is season in which you need to eat a particular set of foods like in other weather seasons. And, similarly, you need to avoid a particular set of foods like you need to avoid in other weather season. Which particular set of foods you need to eat that have been discussed in previous articles. 


Today, I will tell you which particular set of foods you need to avoid during summer. And they are-

1. Warm drinks- In summer weather season, you need to avoid all the warm drinks like tea, coffee, alcohol, any cream based or butter based drink which produces lot of heat inside body.

2. Warm nuts and warm fruits- Yes, warm nuts like almonds, walnuts and warm fruits like avocado and dates which has some oil content in them produce lot of heat inside body, which is not required in summer as summer has already warmed the body, so no need to give extra supply of heat.

3. Fried and deep buttery food- Fried and deep buttery food produces lot of heat inside body on catabolism which is not required in summer by body. In fact, in summer, body requires cooling this as body is already too much warmed by scorching summer.

4. Creamy chocolate cakes and pastries-
Creamy chocolate cakes and pastries, similarly should not be eaten just like above things as they also produce lot of heat inside human body, which not fit anywhere in cooling lists of summer foods.


5. Warm soups-
Warm soups are that which you need to keep for winter and monsoon season and not required in summer.

6. Too much saturated fat use in food-
Too much saturated fat use in food should be discouraged in summer, as they produce lot of heat in catabolism; which does not fit anywhere in list of cooling summer food ingredients.

7. Too much warm and too much spicy food-
Too much warm and too much spicy food should be not eaten in summer, as body requires a little bit cold and less spicy food in summer; so that less heat is produced inside body as body is already warmed up by increased temperature of summer and no need to warm up it more by too much spicy warm food.
