5) Do not over eat, during these morning sickness attacks and do not eat or smell any fatty or fired food, until your morning sickness get sorted out.

6) As body has become lot of exhausted and weakened, causing lot of prostration to you. So, take adequate rest as much as possible to give body enough healing time.

7) Consult your doctor if your condition is much worry some, which requires medicinal aid for low Hemoglobin levels. Doctor can recommend you better iron and folic acid supplementation for exact interval of pregnancy and in right dosage suitable to your body.
